Climate Action Fund – Our Shared Future
Summary: The fund seeks projects that link climate efforts to everyday interests—like arts, sports or wellbeing - and that deliver real, scalable impact. Applicants must be diverse partnerships (including at least one climate-expert partner if not climate-led), demonstrate lasting outcomes, and include effective outreach and storytelling strategies.
